Refund policy

Cancel any time before it ships

Every Bankai Glow is a pre-order made in-house, so you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Just email bankaiglow@gmail.com with your order number.

Late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of ordering, you can request a full refund.

Damaged or defective

If your Bankai Glow arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Email bankaiglow@gmail.com first to get the return address. Items sent back without contacting us can't be accepted.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective.
• Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Add-ons

• Shipping Protection: refunded if you cancel before your order ships, non-refundable after it ships.
• 30 Day Extended Warranty and Order Processing Priority: refunded if you cancel before your order ships.
• Mystery Gift: refunded if you cancel before your order ships. Returned along with the main item if you send your order back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
